Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using airflowhub.dev(the "Site") operated by AirflowHub ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Description of Service
AirflowHub is a content platform focused on Apache Airflow, data engineering, and workflow orchestration. The Site provides blog articles, tutorials, code examples, resources, and a community hub. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date.
- You may not share your account, create accounts by automated means, or create accounts for purposes other than personal use.
- Notify us immediately at security@airflowhub.dev if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of AirflowHub or any third party.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content from the Site using automated tools without prior written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or related systems.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code to the Site.
- Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited commercial communications.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Intellectual Property
AirflowHub content
All original content on the Site — including articles, tutorials, graphics, logos, and site code — is owned by AirflowHub and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use with attribution.

Apache Airflow is a trademark of the Apache Software Foundation. AirflowHub is an independent community resource and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Apache Software Foundation.
User-submitted content
If you submit content to the Site (e.g. comments, forum posts), you grant AirflowHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Site. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
6. Code Examples & Technical Content
Code snippets published on AirflowHub are provided for educational purposes under the MIT License unless stated otherwise. You may use them freely in your own projects with or without attribution. We make no warranty that any code example is production-ready or free from defects.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. We have no control over third-party content and accept no responsibility for it. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk and subject to those sites' own terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Technical articles and tutorials represent the authors' understanding at the time of writing. Apache Airflow evolves rapidly; always consult the official Airflow documentation for authoritative information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirflowHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AirflowHub and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Sections 5, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AirflowHub is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
